I’m all for 2FA but cloudflare access is currently free as long as it is in beta. Later it will cost 5usd/unique user. There are other free ways of implementing 2FA. Like this one

You know, Cloudflare also hides your IP

I use Cloudflare, but not their 2FA. You can have both 2FA and Cloudflare and pay nothing.
