"Home Assistant has crashed!"

Hi,

I had HA working for long time, but I did all the updates yesterday and it doesn’t start anymore. I’m getting the error in the subjec.

How can I investigate further? I don’t have any other error in supervisor logs. Are there any recommenced investigation steps?

HA observer works well:
Home Assistant observer
Supervisor: Connected
Support: Supported
Health: Healthy

Docker 28.3.3
HA 2025.12.4
Hassos 16.3
Supervisor 2025.12.3

I’d reload a backup

Looks like it “works” Supervisor atleast , you could also try to go to you HA-Consol “CLI”
and run the following command
ha > core rebuild
