Home Assistant has duplicated all my Zigbee device and made the originals Unavailable

I’ve been using Zigbee2MQTT for a very long time with no problems. I’ve just updated my home assistant to:

  • Core 2025.2.4
  • Supervisor 2025.02.1
  • Operating System 14.2
  • Frontend 20250214.0

My Zigbee2MQTT and the MQTT broker runs on a different Pi externally to my Home Assistant, I didn’t change anything about how that works. I’ve actually got 2 Zigbee2MQTT on two different Pi’s, one in the main house and one in an outhouse. For some reason Home Assistant has duplicated all of the Zigbee devices on the outhouse network and made the original unavailable. So for instance I had a device with Entity ID “switch.container_cave_light” which is now saying “This entity is no longer being provided by the mqtt integration. If the entity is no longer in use, delete it in settings.” but there is a new device with Entity ID “switch.container_cave_light_2” which is working just fine.

Is there any way of correcting this? Or do I need to go and point everything to the new entities? :frowning:
