Home Assistant IPv6 Access 504 Gateway Time-out Issue After Update, Please Help!

After the latest Home Assistant update, it suddenly stopped working over IPv6. It was functioning normally before, and IPv4 access still works fine. The issue only occurs with IPv6. I’m not sure if I changed any parameters, but I’ve tried various solutions with no success. If you know the possible cause, please let me know. Thank you so much! I can provide configuration details:

  1. Parsing [Nginx Proxy Manager]
  2. Parsing status
  3. Home Assistant configuration

I can confirm that internal network access is normal, and the parsing is also fine, but I get a “504 Gateway Time-out” error when accessing via IPv6.

Settings >> system >> network

Check that correct network adapter selected
I’ve had this change after update and cause connection issues

Next

Make sure ipv6 address of proxy is in trusted_proxies

I’m not sure if proxy ever sends over IPv6. If it doesn’t it is unnecessary

Not sure what you should do but not greatest idea to all entire /24 as trusted_proxy. If you need to it is fine but if possible assign static IP to proxy and use that
