I’m a bit new to HA but with the help of Claude/GPT I’ve been able to get most of my house intergrated into a nifty dashboard with some routines.
I’m running HA 2025.12.0 on my Synology DS223j in a Docker container.
However the devices I thought would have been the easieast to integrate have turned out to be the hardest, case in point IKEA Dirigera Hub…
I understand it can be connected by creating a Matter Bridge in the app. When I do it sometimes shows up under devices and settings, otherwise i can add Matter by the +integration.
However this is the part where it doesnt work: I keep getting this dialogue box. When I enter the IP address of my Dirigera hub it times out doing nothing.
I also read I should install a Matter Server first, but have been unable to find it in my container manager…
If someone has a clue what I’m mising I would love your input. TIA
