i run home assistant os on a mini pc (GMKtec), after a power cut home assistant does not restart, what to do?
Please read this. There’s barely any info in your post that will enable anyone to help you.
- How is HA installed? Baremetal, VM?
- What installation type do you have?
- What do you mean by “does not restart”? Do you want it to restart automatically, or are you saying that you cannot get HA to start up again since the power cut?
sorry for not being more precise, running ha os baremetal; cannot get ha to start up again
It has happened to me that it took a long time to boot and it was in some safe mode when it finally started.
Give it an hour or more, do you have backups?

Can you connect a monitor to your PC and see what it says?
it is stuck for a very long time at waiting for supervisor to startup
Plug in a keyboard and type in ha supervisor info to see exactly what’s wrong.
If you can’t spot anything suspicious, try ha supervisor restart, and if that still doesn’t work, try ha supervisor repair.
Make sure you have a backup downloaded somewhere safe before attempting all of this.
