I know. I had the problem that the lokal URL doesn’t work so i wondered if it is possible to have something like this directly on Home Assistant Os

No the UI is the web interface. You have the CLI for command line on box to help fix network issues. No use investing time money or energy in something someone will never use.

HaOS is (just enough) JeOS.

If it doesn’t fit your needs you might switch to a different installation type like supervised or docker

I saw an add-on last night that provides access to a dashboard in kiosk mode but that doesn’t sound like what you’re looking for.
