i hope someone can help me.
i got a home assistant voice preview edition. and the first 2 days it work really fine.
but now they show 2 red colors that show it is muted. that i dont understand for i have not do anything.
i have try to turn unmute button up and down many times. but still no luck
i have try 2 unmute from the home assistant. but it just turn it on again.
i have try to reset the device and start all over. but still no luck
do someone have a solution to my situation ?

Did you program the button or/and can you see any activity in the device page?
i reset the device with hold the button down in about 20 sec. so it is factory reset
i have not program the button to anything.
when i get the device. i set it up and it work fine in 2 days. when i come in and will work with it yesterday. it just show the 2 red light. that say it is muted.
but now it do nothing. it is connected to home assistant. that i can se with the log fro the device. i have also try to take the power from it (about 15 hours) but still start up with the 2 red light
only when it start up. after that nothing.
and just now i get 3 red light. 2 in both site and one in the top
my fault. with top. it was because i have turn off the speaker
and that is write to the log for the device. so it do update the log with what i do with it.
but how can it just unmute like that by it self
So is it unmuted now?
yep i cant unmute it. i have try so many thing now

it is muted. and i begin to belive it is broken some how and i maybe had to sent it back

- Reset the device
- Reinstalled the Firmware
- Reinstalled the firmware from bootloader mode
yes and i had already tried the solutions listed there. i have reset it 3 times.

By the way: did it mute by itself or the switch, which does not respond to unmute?
