Home Assistant randomly goes offline and cannot be accessed

I wonder if anyone could help me troubleshoot a problem I have with HA.
I have HA installed bare metal on a ZOTAC ZBOX CI320NANO-PLUS pc. Its been running fine for over a year but lately it randomly goes offline. I can't access it via the LAN or from the companion app on my phone. If I ping the IP address I do not get a reply. Either the system has locked up or crashed. The only way I can bring it back online is to hard re-start the pc.

I regularly install Core and OS updates but it doesn’t seem to relate to a particular update. The only other issue I have found is that on occasions Z2M is not running and I have to start it manually even though watchdog is ticked. I also had some errors related to Tuya Local but I have disabled the devices which were causing the errors

Its in an awkward location to attach a monitor when a crash happens so I am hoping I can see something from the logs to point me in the right direction. I have looked through the logs but to be honest do not know where to start and which logs to inspect. That said, if the system is locking up then perhaps the logs aren’t being written for the fault?

The only other thought was that the NUC was second hand and I wonder if the internal SSD might have errors. There are some complicated workarounds I've found online but no direct way to check the disk from within HASOS.
I might have another machine I could use and automatic backups are still working when its running but I am concerned if I did a clean restore of HA if then reinstalling from a backup might re-corrupt the OS

If anyone could point me at some troubleshooting tips I would appreciate it

I guess that RAM amount is sufficient ? (say at least 4GB) ?
There are tools for SSD checking, but this requires to remove ssd, put it into external reader, connect it to PC (or mac) and run the tool (can take hours).
Other way is, if you suspect ssd, to get a new one. If you only use it for HA then small is enough, 128GB is already top of the head and it's cheap. Install HA to new one and see .

Thanks @Protoncek . Ram is 8Gb and 128Gb SSD. I have now swapped out the Zotac Zbox with an Intel NUC which I bought to add in a Coral card eventually. This has now been up for 24 hours so looking positive. I'll remove and scan the SSD from the Zotac and if necessary replace it and keep PC as a backup.
