Home assistant refused to connect and Nabucas Your instance is not connected to Home Assistant Cloud Remote address: Not available

Hello, when I try to connect HA i get “refused to connect”. When I get into Nabucasa cloud, It says my instance is not connected. This is the third time I have had this happen. Ist I set up HA using a rasberry pi 4. It worked for several months then quit. I bought a rasberry pi 5. Same thing but it bombed out when I tried to run backup. So I bought a Dell Optiplex and installed on Windows. It worked for two days unit it said I had a HA core update 12.2. So I ran the update and I bombed out again.
can someone tell me what Im doing wrong?

Doesn’t sound like a HA server problem. Sounds like a network problem.
Tell us about your network connection.
Also are you trying to use PiHole or AdGuard? Those can cause network issues.

Did you install HA on Windows?
If so: how because HA cannot be installed on Windows.

I have a Ubiquiti dream machine router running on fiber optics. I do have HA running on Windows 11. I download this from the HA page. First I download and install Oracle Virtualbox and then set up HA from there. It gives me the IP, I log into HA But it doesn’t work but about two days. I shut down the last time after I tried to down load the lasted version HA core update 12.2. I am using Nord VPN and sometime use add guard that comes with Ubiquiti.

Thanks
