Hello,
I have installed a Shelly 3EM in the distribution board and measure the total power consumption from the grid.
For my balcony power station I use a Hoymiles 800 with OpenDTU.
I integrated both devices into Home Assistant.
The Shelly “quite normal” and the inverter via Mqtt.
I can display the values of the two devices, and they are already displayed in the energy dashboard.
My wish would be that if I generate more power with the balcony power plant than is consumed in the house, that it automatically reduce the power of the Hoymile.
The whole thing should be dynamic and feedback should be reduced to a minimum.
Is something like this to be implemented? I can’t get any further with automation.
Does anyone have any ideas how to do this, or has someone already done this?
Thanks.
