In unifi integration have some entity unavailable because I have deleted the firewall route in the unifi console… How to resync all the entity to delete this old configuration ?

Try removing the integration and re-adding it.
done now… obviously they disappear but it seems a bit absurd to me that if I delete some rules on my unifi router I have to remove and reinstall the component…
You don’t, after some time they will be deletable. The integration has to learn that the upstream device is no longer sending that info over. It takes a bit for integrations to understand that. Typically a restart or 2. When you have that 
like you have in your list, typically you have the ability to delete it. Do you know where to look for deleting?

I deleted that rule from my UniFi a few weeks ago, and I reload it often in HA since I’m quite a novice.
By delete, do you mean this? (example… in red)
yes… sorry… I have insert a square not in the correct position…
