Home heating advice

Hello!
Hope to write in correct category

I am starting to change my smart home integration to home assistant. So far everything is running smoothly.

I am looking for solution to change my heating from offline solution to integration in home assistant. I don’t know what parts to look for and what solution to implement.

Current house solution:
Water is heated in a pellets heater
I have a offline boiler that stores water for daily use
All 3 floors of my house is 1 circuit with radiators(with manual thermostat) and main floor has floor heating(temperature for each circuit is set by manual acctuators)
I have 2 wires going from floor heating down to pellets heater. At floor heating there is the thermostat main device that connecta the offline thermostats for the house. These thermostats that starts the pumps and circulate water in the circuit.
Heater is having his own program(keeps water between 65°-75°) and starts the pump to circulate water in the heating + for daily usage(has some temperature reader to keep water at 55°)

What I am looking to achieve:
Have the house floors split in 3 circuits(basement, main floor, first floor)
Have 1(or many) thermostats for each floor that works together. Floor heating to start with main floor heating.
For now keep the radiators and floor heating manual, is not a priority to change these. In the future I would like to have them in HA(11 radiatots and 12 circuits for floor heating)
Daily water can remain on heater(wayyy cheaper the electric), but advices are welcome

Long postttt and I am very happy for everyone who reads and gives me ideeas. Thank you!!!
