Yes very much so. I used to use the DuckDNS add-on (free) but there have been outages with the DuckDns servers, so I am using the CloudFlared addon which is also free (but a little involved to set up - here is a video… once set uop however it was rock solidly reliable https://youtu.be/xXAwT9N-7Hw?si=2s3XEyE6lFY_kkJd ).
The duckdns route requires you to port forward, but the cloudflared addon does not
