I installed my new homeassitant yesterday- it works fine with my powerbook but the App on my iPhone - newest model mit aktual iOS - cannot be connected to my WIFI/WLAN - it is the right IP - no trobleshooting in my network
I tried allthe usual restarts and reboots and New Downloads … nothing helps
Anybody an Idea?
If the HA works on your MacBook then it is connected to the network and it is not the HA then.
A device does not care of it is LAN or WiFi it is connected to. That is up to the router or access point to handle.
Possible causes might be that you are using the wrong IP address, that you have a privacy/guest segmentation active on your WiFi or your phone is not using the WiFi, but the mobile network instead.
