Homeassistant Core on LXC Debian and external mariadb connection

Hi,

may someone has a idea what im missing

i ran HA in Docker LSiO (which i assume is also only HA Core wrapped in a Docker) and used a mariadb Docker as recorder, working fine.

Now i setup a LXC Container (Debian) and installed HA Core nativ in there, working fine exept the recorder mariadb function …

what i checked so far

ping from LXC > mariadb working
mariadb-client on LXC Host > mariadb Docker with ha account working
recorder in configuration, either direct line or !secret … both not working, both working fine from a existing or fresh docker …

when i change to the sql entry, HA tells me recorder could not be started and i should check the logs, well, looks more or less like, no recorder started, no decent logs …

is there a component extra needed to use a external mariadb which im may missing ?

the mariadb addon looks to me more like a extra mariadb server inside the LXC HA Installation which i wouldnt prefer overall …

for any Tipps, thanks ahead

when im on the LXC mashine as sample

so basically, the LXC Host can connect to the mariadb with the HA account … so permissions etc looking all fine

here is the error i see

Please post your log somewhere.

well, the log from the webui is pretty much senseless, only telling me which external plugins are installed and not officially supported

like this

do i need to activate some other logging options ?

cause now it looks like, no recorder, no logs …

addition, when i turn off recorder sql option (fallback to standard sqlite) logging is working as supposed to …
