Hello all - new poster here. Setup HomeAssistant Green last month and was working great with integrations and automations, however last week I went to apply one of the updates (I don’t recall which one it was) that was prompting within the HomeAssistant app at the top of Settings, and the device has been unrecoverable since then. I found it with only a white LED lit solid; no yellow nor green LED.
Since then, I tried simple power-cycles, and have tried Resetting HomeAssistant Green using both the newer method (hold power button when connecting power, as documented here) and the SD-card method (download and flash the HomeAssistant OS to an SD Card with Balena Etcher, insert SD Card to HA Green device, as documented here). No luck - I still am always just met with a single white LED.
I have tried hooking up display to HDMI Port and see nothing ever. I did see a post about possibly needing to insert a CR2032 battery to HA Green, which I have also done (made sure positive side is up); no change in behavior.
I have a few backups made before the attempted update that seems to have bricked the hardware - but I am unsure how or if I can even use that in the current situation where the device only registers white/power LED and nothing else.
Does anyone have ideas on what else to try to get HomeAssistant Green device working again?
