HomeAssistant Green - Won't start up

Oh, sorry, I got the download the one time I got it to flash, but no network activity before or after.

Edit, reply limited- Two questions- I only need to hold the power button for six seconds to turn the unit off, which I think is the "graceful" poweroff rather than twelve seconds for the "forced" poweroff. Is that significant? Second, do I need to unplug the unit between shutdowns, or can I simply use the power button to turn it on and off?

Did you really say you are using 4gb cards? I know nothing about the HA green having never seen one, but surely 4gb is no where near big enough, should be at least 32gb.

@rotated8 those 6 and 12 seconds is when the system (HAOS) is running and you cannot get it to restart.
I hope you have read the rest carefully.

@Arh: I have never used HA on a RPi (or similar) but shouldn't he get any output on screen even though the SD-card might be to small?

no idea it's been far too long since i played with a pi.

The uncompressed image is a little over 70 MB, and Balena successfully verifies that it has been written to the card. The compressed version is on GitHub

I'm not running the Green off the card, this is only the bootstrapper for recovery. The Green has 32 GB of internal memory.
