Homeassistant Homekit Integration - No Connection / Response with iPhone but with iPad

I currently have Homeassistant running in a Kubernetes pod and have Homekit integration installed. Everything so far so good, but when I try to set up the Homekit integration with the Home app, no connection comes up. There is also no connection in the logs. However, the Homekit integration works with my iPad without any problems. I have iCloud enabled, so also the Home integration from iPad is shown on my iPhone. But there is also only No Response. Currently I use a TP-Link MR6400 as a router and had already read that you should enable IGMP spoofing, but that makes no difference. Maybe someone had a similar problem and can help me?
