Is it possible to add Sonoff Zigbee Dongle-E in USB2 without any problems related to power consuption with current power supply?
I have both an SSD and Sonoff Dongle-P (and a BT dongle) in my Pi’s USB ports running off the official Pi power supply - no issues in several years.
edit: Don’t forget an 6’/2m extension for the Sonoff and BT dongles though.
Sonoff Dongle E is now part off my setup.
For now everything works ok and I hope that all will be ok in future.
You may run into issues powering both an SSD and dongle from USB. The max output across all the ports combined is 1.2a. The power supply will be fine, but the power through the usb may not be. Try it and be prepared that it may cause issues.
For now it’s ok.
I will monitor this and if there will be any problems I will cry for help 
No need to cry for help if it starts to randomly reboot or crash just buy a powered usb hub.
