I have recently fitted a Novoferm sectional garage door with a homematic module (HmIP-MOD-TM), this works fantastic with the HM app. Could support be added to the HA cloud implementation (I know OpenHAB have added support).

Are you using the AP with homematic ip cloud integration?
Then there is a service in HA to dump the AP configuration:
homematicip_cloud.dump_hap_config

Create a ticket here and append your config dump to add the falmot to the upstream lib.
Afterwards i can easiely add it to the Homematic ip cloud Integration

Many thanks for the prompt reply - I’ll do that for you now.

I assumed having only the AP, the cloud integration is my only option to integrate with HA?

Use homematicip_cloud if you use the Access Point.
Use homematicif you use a ccu.
