Homematic IP: HmIP-FALMOT-C12 channels 13 - 16 not available in component

Good morning (o;

The homematic integration reveals the heating levels for channel 1 - 12 from the HmIP-FALMOT-C12 floor heating system…

But what is missing are the other channels 13 - 16…

For example channel 13 and 14 are very important as they signal the need for heat which would allow control of devices to turn on pumps and boilers others than the Homematic IP devices.

In our floor heating system we have a 3-point 230V AC pump which can’t be controlled by Homematic IP directly as there is no solution.

Having those additional channels as binary sensors would greatly enhance the functionality of Home Assistant to use like wall plugs from other manufacturers.

This does not seem possible unfortunately, because channels 13-16 don’t have any values that can be read. See discussion here: HmIP-FALMOT-C12 Ch. 13-16 · danielperna84/hahomematic · Discussion #1510 · GitHub

FYI, I have successfully set up a direct connection in the CCU (RaspberryMatic plugin for HA) between the FALMOT and a switch actor HmIP-FSM.
Just make sure to set the channel parameters like this:

The original values (nothing set) resulted in very short intervals in reality, which lead to very odd switching behaviour.
