Host start-up on power return

I live in South Africa that we have scheduled power outages. I made a Node-red routine that shutdown my host(Intel NUC) before power is cut.
My problem is needing to get up in the middle of the night to switch on when the power is returned.
In the BIOS I did enable After Power Failure to Power On. This seams not to work if I shutdown my host gracefully like I’m before the power go out.
Any suggestions on how I can get the host to restart automatically on power return?

It’s not really a HA issue this but more of a question on what options you have in the hardwares BIOS.
You have a power state after power supply failure option, which is a good thing, because that usually Læsø indicates that you have other options.
The option you need is one to start the machine on a specific time and it should be in somewhat same place.
Sometimes it is called an alarm and sometimes it is a trigger you have to set to time.
