How do I edit a number helper?

I feel stupid asking this - how do I modify a number helper? I need to change the maximum value of two number helpers, but I can’t find a way to do that. Clicking the helper from Configuration just gives me this:

Can’t find them in the YAML either.

What am I missing? I’m on 2022.4.6

go to entities page in configuration.

A number helper may be set by calling a service: Input number Set

They want to change the limits, not the value.
