How do I get alexa to turn on and off an Automation

Hi, I have made an Automation, I would like to be able to turn this off and on with Alexa,

I see I can use automation.turn_off & automation.turn_on

Never tried this, but perhaps scripts to turn the automation on and off, called by Alexa routines? Scripts appear in Alexa as scenes.

You need some way of binding Alexa with your HA instance. Do you have Nabu casa?
