How do I pass data to a notifier in an alert?

I’m tinkering around with an alert and have something like this in an alert

alert:
  garage_door:
    name: Garage is open
    done_message: Garage is now closed
    entity_id: cover.garage_door_opener
    state: open
    repeat:
      - 15
      - 30
      - 60
    can_acknowledge: true
    skip_first: true
    notifiers:
      - all_mobile_apps
    data:
      data:
        priority: high
        channel: Alerts
        ttl: 0

The goal is to use an Alert Channel on my android apps.
But the data values don’t appear to be sent.

I tested that data field in the development tools when called against notify.all_mobile_apps and it works fine, but it’s not working quite right in an alert.

anyone have any ideas what I’m missing?

I had a similar issue, so I originally set up a distinct notifier group.

Eventually I found out that it would work if I removed one of the data keys:

alert:
  garage_door:
    name: Garage is open
    done_message: Garage is now closed
    entity_id: cover.garage_door_opener
    state: open
    repeat:
      - 15
      - 30
      - 60
    can_acknowledge: true
    skip_first: true
    notifiers:
      - all_mobile_apps
    data:
      priority: high
      channel: Alerts
      ttl: 0

I could swear I tried that, but apparently I didn’t, or maybe I didn’t restart properly after I did.

But you’re right, that worked. Thanks for the help.
