How do I restore a snapshot without web interface

I am using Hassio Home Assistant in Ubuntu via Docker
Restored a snapshot to a version older than the Home Assistant version.
The problem now is that the web interface no longer starts.
Have been trying to fix this for a long time, but to no avail.

Can I restore a snapshot via the shell? See several options on the internet, but those are not workable commands for me.

Found the location where a recent snapshot is, but how can I restore it?

Have you tried the ha command in the shell?

Yes I tried, but then I get the following message:

ha: command not found

If you check which docker containers are running is there a hassio_cli container running? You need that to have the ha command available.

I solved the problem by reinstalling Home Assistant Hass.io and then put file in the backup folder and restored snapshot.
