How do I specify dimmer brightness in Alexa Cloud?

My Alexa cloud connection works great for “Turn On Kitchen Lights” but how do I say “Turn On Kitchen Lights 50%”?

Specifically the problem is that “Turn On Kitchen Lights” will turn on the lights with the brightness set to the prior level. So if the prior level was only 20%, then that’s the brightest you’ll get with voice.

Alexa has smart home skills for setting brightness:

But none of these directives seem to work with Home Assistant Cloud.
