Any idea how I stop casting to my Google Hub Max. I have tried media_player.stop as well as through the casting page but no matter what I try it stops then somewhere between 10 and 60 seconds it starts again!
What are you casting? How are you casting it?
Normally I just use the media_player.turn_off service, which works as long as you’re not re-casting the stream/media.

I am casting the default lovelace dashboard and did it via this method:

Did you call the service I mentioned?
Yes, it stops it but then moments later it randomly starts again!
Then something is casting it again. Check your Logbook.
