How integrated are Ubiquiti AI cameras with Home Assistant?

I would like to add a few cameras outside my house with AI recognition (cars, faces, packages etc.) and as I already have a pretty solid Ubiquity Unifi setup, my initial thought was to go that route.

Unfortunately, being fairly new to Home Assistant, I’m not sure if this is actually going to bring me the solution, I seek, because I still have to find out if Unifi will only share the image as a simple live feed OR if the AI features like detection, will be available for Home Assistant to react on (like locking the front door and closing all curtains if my mother in law arrives, looking angry haha).

I would greatly appreciate any help here!

How many sensors do you want.

And yes the individual sensors do pop.

Mines a G4, so I push that to an LLM for identification if any of the sensors pop and store it. Then I ask Friday about the front door.

Oh ! Is that a screenshot FROM Home Assistant ?

If so, that would absolutely be what I’m looking for !!

Yep that’s the device view. All of those are enties off the camera. The ubiquity integrations are stellar.
