How often does the Tesla integration poll? I'm trying to understand the code

What I can understand for vehicles after 2021 the integration will check if the car is asleep. If the car is asleep for twenty minutes the integration will wake the car in fifteen minutes.

If more than fifteen minutes but less than twenty minutes have passed, the function allows the vehicle to go to sleep now.

If the car is asleep at 8pm for 20 minutes, the polling will be at 8:15pm?
