How to access home assistant dashboards without logging in?

New to Home Assistant. I am trying to figure out how I can expose a specific dashboard, such as the energy dashboard, to a touchscreen not logged into home assistant.

I run all of my touchscreens on Sharron’s and I would like to show this dashboard from the menu?

Creating a separate limited login user is not an option for the touchscreens?

Is it possible to pass the credentials on the command line when accessing that individual user? Also I want to display the dashboard only but not the menu on the left. Essentially this part:
