I’m using Dexcom core integration and according to documentation, " To change your preferred unit of measurement, go to Settings → Devices & services in the UI, and click OPTIONS ."
However, I can’t find this or any other way to change the unit.
Does anyone have an idea how to proceed?
I don’t use the integration but when you go to Devices & Services click on the Dexcom card. The Options will probably be in one of the three dots menu icons.

OK, I found it. Instead of integration options, I needed to go to entity options and there it was.
