How to check for Emoji in Text?

I have an automation that looks for text messages from my wife. Works great, but sometimes she likes to heart/thumbs up my response. I don’t really want to respond to those, for instance:

:+1:​ to “ As of right now it’s 1130,

is the data that came in when she thumbs up the message.

How do I check for the :+1:?

Emojis are enclosed in colons - :emoji: - can you do something with that?

:wildcard: perhaps?
