How to copy files to haos in proxmox?

I have installed HAOS as a LXC container in proxmox using the community script.

How can I copy files to it such as my automation yaml?

I did not realize backups were encrypted and my old system went down before I could get the key.

I do have an old backup saved.

I want to copy files so I can copy over my z2m files, zwave etc. I have everything running as separate containers.

Install the Samba Share add-on, you can then copy from your PC direct to HAOS.

Or the advanced ssh & web terminal addon and use scp.

Thank you, any ideas on other containers? For example if I have z2m in a lxc container
