How to create a HH Bar graph?

Does anyone know if there is a Card that will display a Half Hour bar graph like the utility firms use? Like this:

I would also like to be able to step back/forth not just the last 24hours.

Don't use it myself & it's absolutely overkill for what you need, but I had a look in HACS & the Statistics Graph Chart Card seems to be able to do all of that.
