How to create device for IR light bulb with membrane keyboard?

Hello,

I hope the title is suggestive enough.

I have this lightbulb directly controlled via an membrane IR remote . (something similar to this). For all my IR control needs I am using a Broadlink device with which I learned all the bulb’s commands as switches.

Now I don’t know (and couldn’t find how to do it either) how to create a light device that would have all the commands. The end result is the possibility to issue commands via Google Assistant: turn on/off, make brighter/dimmer, change color, etc.

I’m pretty sure it is a pretty simple configuration that my newbie ass can’t figure out.

That is far from a simple configuration. The best bet is to create a template light

Now a stupid question: how do I define “service: script.theater_lights_on” from the example?

I got it all almost figured.
There is only one last thing that I cannot find the answer to:
My light’s remote has buttons for 15 preset colors. But from what I’ve seen around here, most light devices have colors defined as RGB values. How could I configure my light in HA so that I could call it’s fixed colors (either via HA or Google Assistant).
