How to detect if TV is paused?

Hello,

I have a Philips 65OLED808 tv and 3 integrations in HA :

  • Android TV Remote
  • Philips
  • Google Cast

When casting from my phone to my TV I see if my tv is playing or paused (media player entity of the google cast integration) :

But when watching tv and playing some media from one of the apps on the tv itself (Youtube / Netflix / …), I don’t see any changes of the entities when the tv is paused ?

How can I find out if the tv is paused ?

If the TV does not expose the information, you can’t.
