How to develop bluetooth mesh devices or platform

I plan to make a platform of bluetooth mesh. Could you give me some suggestion?

Do you already have a Bluetooth mesh device? Depending on the application, copy a equivalent component and make it work under Bluetooth mesh. For example if it is a lighting Bluetooth mesh device look at one of the 66 light components and make it similar.

i have bluetooth mesh device. But I only can access the device by homeassistant USB serial.
