I’m completely new to Home Assistant.
I dont understand where should I add the config verify_ssl: False
I run Home Assistant from Virtual Box
Please help
which integration is that used for?
Why do you think you need it? what errors are you seeing?
Tuya Integration.
The error is as on picture. It pops up for few sec after trying to modify any value of any device.
Also sensor data are not changing. Looks definitely like there is no communication in between devices (even they are not disabled)
Important: it happens ONLY when I pull fiber cable of the router (to prove things are working on LAN).
I think I have to change it because I saw similar issue in this post.
Thank You
The Unifi integration is a totally different thing than the Tuya integration.
It doesn’t look like “verify_ssl: False” is a configuration option in the Tuya integration (but I don’t use and just looked at the docs).
Have you looked at those same docs to see if there is any solution or help there?
Which docs do you have in mind?
I basically want to hook up my Tuya devices to ha on a local network. It doesn’t have to be Tuya integration. I would prefer to simply connect my Tuya devices (DHT’s, IR’s and sockets only) without hitting their cloud at all.
the ones for the Tuya integration that I referenced above.
Like I said, I don’t use any Tuya devices at all so I’m not going to be of any further help.
I dont see any refence on your post. Are you sure?
Well, I didn’t give you a specific link but I thought you might be able to figure out what i meant by this part:
I see. Will take a look. I probably need to ask a question in a better way again on another thread.
Thanks!
