How to enable " phone_state entity" from Companion App integration

Hi, I´m using HA and expanding features in my home. I´m can´t enable the “phone_state” through the integration of the HA companion app. This Sensor appears as one of the entities, but is always unavailable.
Several others are ok, including geolocation, etc.
I tried to enable whatever was possible on the Samsung a14e, but this entity is not activated. I need this entity because I have an old alarm center (not connected, efficient and 100% reliable) that notifies alerts via call to a predetermined number and I intend to use this call to obtain the situation remotely. However, I can’t get the “ringing” situation, which would be sufficient as a trigger. The companion app will be installed on the mobile phone to be called by the alarm center. There is a very complex documentation that seems to me to be a reference for Android app developers ( which is not my case ) and because I believe this is already managed by the HA companion app. The question is: Where to enable all the resources for the Ha APP.? Apparently I activated all permissions at the Samsung setup. Maybe there is something “hidden” in the confusion of Android Samsung A14e options or something at companion app setup.

From companion app docs :

the Phone permission for the app in your device’s App Info screen. The only data tracked for this sensor are the following states: idle, ringing, offhook. This sensor will update anytime a phone state change is detected and makes use of TelephonyManager. This sensor requires the [Read Phone State permission](https://developer.androi
