How to get not used sensors to make them disabled

Hi All,

I have around 1450 sensors and 246 binary_sensors. I not using them all and wondering if there is a way to check what sensors not added in Dashboard and not used in automations.

Then disable those sensors. Will this make HA faster, more stable etc?
For sure, less and smaller dB…
