My situation is when anybody (E.g: Person A) turn on/off the light. A notification will send to everybody knows who turned on/off the light. I knew the way to send a notification but I don’t know how to get the person who triggered. Could you please help us?

This is the wrong category, you are not providing a community guideline, sou are asking for help. Please move it to configuration or something similar.
Does each of the persons have its own user account? As I understand, you only care when someome turn on the light through the UI, correct? It’s not yet easily possible to show who triggered what, however it’s in the works to have an easy way for this probably pretty soon.
