How to "grey-out" slider in slider-entity-row?

Hi, I’m using slider-entity-row for all the light controls on my dashboard. It’s fabulous. Super flexible. My challenge is that on my iphone, when I’m scrolling through my dashboard, my thumb is hitting sliders for lights that are off - but then ends up turning them on accidently.

I know you can set hide_when_off however I don’t the link the look of some lights with sliders and some not, depending on if they are on or off.

I’d like the slider to be “disabled” or “greyed out” until I tap the icon and intentionally turn on the light. Then I use the slider to adjust a light that’s only in an on state. When I tap the icon again to shut the light off, the slider is once again “greyed out” so it can’t accidentally be adjusted.

Any thoughts on how to accomplish this? Code samples would be great

Thanks.

Similarly as for a conventional slider - use card-mod.

Link at the bottom??

This isn’t exactly what I want. I don’t want to grey out the entire card. I just want to grey out the slider control, as I still need to be able to tap the control to turn the light on … which will then activate the slider. I don’t want this as two separate controls or cards.

Grey out only the slider then. Answer was given - card-mod and where to find.
