How to make a sequence of events

hi there,

i am not sure how to go about this,

I have created a switch for increasing tv up but one unit (via broadlink rm mini)

switch.samsung_vol_up

but i want to make it also go by multiples of 5 with a delay of 1 second in between.
need it to be triggered manually, no automation needed

If you can’t repeat the ir code 5 times in the switch config you will have to use an automation.

I tried something similar, but the IR signal was not consistent enough. Sometimes the volume went up as expected, but not all of the time.

I just added repeats in the IR code itself.
