I have an Athom Presence Sensor Model PS01 which I was unable to apply maintenance over the air due to errors about file size being too big. I was reading about doing this manually and I have managed to download the file to my MacBook, I have a USB-C data cable so what are the steps involved in manually applyin the maintenance over the wire?
I am assuming that I select the option Plug into this computer and it states that I need to download the project which I have done, then I need to Open ESPHome Web but when I click on this i am taken to the ESPHome home screen and I don’t see any reference to ESPHome Web.
Help please, am I on the wrong track?

If you have compiled and downloaded the file, then you can get to ESPHome Web by clicking install, choose Plug into this computer, then there is a link to ESPHome Web below.
That takes you to this page:
https://web.esphome.io/?dashboard_install
You can simply use that link I pasted above to install if you already have the files.
