How to meassure power and consumption of a stove

Hi Everyone,

I have a smart plug for most of my devices at home and using them to read and display power and consumption on the energy dashboard in Home assistant.

The only device which I have not made smart yet is my stove. Can someone advice what smart device I should use the capture the power and consumption of the stove? Is Shelly 3EM something I can use?

Shelly 3EMs work well with Home Assistant. I have found that Energy Dashboard is quite particular in any consumption data having a glitch, for example temporarily reading 0 before jumping back up. So generally for anything going to the energy dashboard, I use a template helper to make sure that the consumption value is always increasing so you don’t get data like your stove has consumed a Gigawatt of power in a day.
