How to Merge/connect 2 raspberry's 4b for P1 DSMR KwH meter

Hi, I have a config. question, and i don’t know the solution “How do I connect 2 Raspberry’s” (for a P1 cable) with both running Home Assistance

I have: 2x Raspberry’s 4b 1x (4Gb) and 1x (2Gb),1x P1 cable for a DSMR KwH meter and 2x dLAN KPN DVS 1200[MT2791](wireless transmission thru a 240volt socket)

I live in an apartment on the 6th floor and there I have my (master) Rp 4b(4Gb)with HA for switching the lightning etc ect. And everything is connected to a Fritz!box 7590 and an 8 port Switch and a Dlan KPN DVS 1200[MT2791]

In the public basement where my Kwh smartmeter is, I have also a Rp 4b (2Gb)(slave) which is connected to the other Dlan KPN DVS 1200[MT2791]
and I have a P1 cable with an extension connected in the USB connection to the Kwh smartmeter.

All the above configurations is are working fine, and if i login upstairs in on my basement Raspberry with an Android phone (Wifi) or PC (lan) i can monitor my power usage

But I want to merge/connect the Rp 4b in the basement with the Rp 4b in my house on the 6th floor.( the basement data must be transfered to the 6th floor)
So that I can see that information just on 1 of my Raspberry in my home on the 6th floor, on my Android phone app and or PC.
(later on, I maybe want to connect a small Raspberry camera in the basement)
But now I always must log out and log in on my Android phone to switch my home lights or see my power usage.

I have already tried it with integrate, and picked “P1 monitor” to integrate the raspberry in the basement, with my raspberry in my home but the response was: can’t connect , and i do not know the port of my host basement raspberry 4b

PS: i am sorry for my bad grammatical English.

extra info: I have edited a lot in this request, and added some more info to it. All My raspberry’s and DLan’s are in use in the same network, i gave the 2 raspberry’s a static IP adress with the Fritz!box.
