How to reload and intergration on a schedule using GUI?

Never used yaml being new to HA but I’ve been succesful using the GUI to make all my automations.

Alarm.com is intergrated using HACS. Issue I must “reload” in Alarm.com device window to keep it refreshed to tell the the Alarm.com correct sensor state.

How or what do I look for to schedule or automate “Alarm.com” to reload every hour or 30min? Please.
