How to send OneWire data to board WT32-SC01 Plus from PanLee

I’m new on this platform ! Working on Arduino IDE.
I want to program a board WT32-SC01 Plus from PanLee, (reference ZXC3D50CE085-v16) to receive data from 8 DS18B20 via OneWire.
My display is activated by LovyanGFX.hpp, so the pins 47/-1/0/9/46/3/8/18/17/16/15 are in use for the screen.
I don’t succeed to load the data from the sensors to the board.
Can somebody give me a solution ?
